The overall aim of Get Fit 4 Mental Wellness is to provide a holistic approach to promoting mental and physical wellness.
At Get Fit, we know the importance of maintaining good mental health and, as such, the team have created a ground-breaking 8-week Mental Wellness Programme™ where participants can access life changing therapy, psycho-education, fitness and nutritional advice. The programme has had amazing results; watch our video at the bottom of this page to find out more.
We have a large online community showing regular, interactive live videos for people who are having difficulties, as well as an open forum for people to connect, share wellness tips or reach out if they need support.
We are excited to continue to expand. natinoally and internationally to help as many individuals possible through our movement.

Manny created Get Fit 4 Mental Wellness back in January 2019. On top of his own mental health journey, he realised how many others were struggling to cope and so began taking a small group to the Scammonden Steps every Sunday to exercise and socialise with like-minded people. The group quickly grew into a phenomenon and it wasn't long before Manuel received backing and formed the charity as it is today.me to add your own content and make changes to the font.
